The Cloverleaf Tavern has been in continuous operation for over 80 years. It began as a bar with George Dorchak in 1933, developed into a restaurant by Richard Dorchak in the 1976 and now run by third generation Ryan Dorchak today. Our menu consists of American cuisine served in a family-casual dining atmosphere. We are famous for our our award-winning hamburgers and fresh beer battered fish-n-chips. We have been voted Best Beer Bar in the Northeast for two consecutive years and pride ourselves on delivering our guests the most frequently rotated selection of craft beer in New Jersey.
