Judy is a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America (CIA) and has worked in the food industry for more than 25 years. Before attending cooking school, Judy worked, saved her shekels and traveled to Israel, Greece, Turkey and Egypt. During her travels, Judy was smitten (bitten?) with the foods of the Middle East – the creamy fresh dairy products, the crisp fresh cucumbers, the sweet ripe tomatoes, the olives and, of course, the falafel “bars” where they hand you an empty pita picket and you are welcome to stuff it as you please with gorgeous vegetable salads, fried eggplant, hot sauce, pickles‚ĶSimply Fantastic!
